Perpinder Singh Patrola
Perpinder is the principal of Patrola Law and a member of various legal and business associations in Canada.
Perpinder has counseled on a broad spectrum of matters from incorporations, complex mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements to international licensing agreements and multinational trade-mark applications.
He has advised private and public companies, large enterprises and start-ups, and Canadian and foreign companies.
Prior to starting Patrola Law, Perpinder practiced with two of Canada’s largest corporate law firms, on Bay Street (Toronto) and in Vancouver. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006 and to the British Columbia Bar in 2007.

Jon Kutner
Jon is a lawyer with over 20 years legal experience in the US and Canada.
With over 10 years of experience specifically in the fintech and banking industries, Jon is a trusted counselor with broad subject matter expertise, with an emphasis on providing strategic support regarding compliance functions.
Jon’s core competencies include regulatory compliance and complex financial transactions. Jon has acted as Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Anti-Money Laundering Officer, Chief Privacy Officer and Board member, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
Herman Hehar
Herman holds advanced degrees from Canadian and UK universities, in engineering and law, including a masters degree in tax law.
Herman has extensive experience dealing with FINTRAC, prosecuting MSB registrations, and guiding companies on RPAA (Retail Payment Activities Act) registration matters.
Herman helps local and international MSBs navigate complex regulatory compliance matters in Canada, including the preparation of comprehensive and custom-tailored compliance documents.
